“A new Raising Cane’s Chicken Fingers drive-thru will open Tuesday, Nov. 19 where Central, Brockton and Magnolia avenues come together in Riverside.”
The restaurant, at 4100 Central Ave., features a mural with Riverside imagery including Mount Rubidoux and a lemon grove as well as Cane, the chicken chain’s Labrador Retriever mascot. Based in Baton Rouge, La., Cane’s serves a short menu of chicken fingers, fries, coleslaw and Texas toast.
